This co-operative was formed to help re-build the local community and ensures local small-scale farmers receive a fair price for their grapes. Firefly Shiraz/Merlot is a full bodied spicy Shiraz from the famous Stella Organics Winery in South Africa. Spicy, smooth and generous with balanced tannins and long aftertaste. Great with food, especially all red meats - but also deep flavoured pasta and spicy foods.
