- Domaine Dozon, Le Grand Saut, 2018, Eric Santier, Loire Valley - Chinon AOC is a powerful and complex red wine made from 100% Cabernet Franc. This wine has a beautiful deep garnet red colour with purple reflections. This wine is vinified in truncated conical oak vats, and then remains in barrels for 12 months. This wine is expressive on the nose combining blackberries and liqourice. Domaine Dozon, Le Grand Saut, 2018, Eric Santier has complex flavours with a long finish and persistent tannins. Pair with red meats or meats in sauce such as coq au vin or beef bourguignon . This wine is great for drinking now but can also be layed down for up to 10 years. A very high quality red wine.
