Chateau de la Peyrade Muscat de Frontignan is a gently fortified Muscat - fresh, deep, rich, complex and powerful. A superb clean dessert wine. This is a stunner and with its rich flavour can even cope well with Chocolate Dishes!! Also well worth trying as an aperitif. As this wine is slightly fortified it will last longer than other regular still wines. Once opened treat it like sherry. Handily, it also has a screw top meaning that you can drink over a festive period such as Christmas or Easter, rather than all in one go and it will keep its flavour. This wine has an orangey flavour and an intensity that cuts through many dessert dishes and also blue cheese. Perfect with any chocolate flavoured.
