Neil Paulett established his vineyard after working for ten years as a winemaker for Penfolds. His family estate is located in the well-regarded Polish Hill River, a sub region of Clare Valley in South Australia, known for producing excellent Rieslings with a vibrant acidity and mineral character. This sweet wine is a pale straw colour with green hues. Fragrant and floral with subtle orange blossom, citrus and wet slate nuances. Lemon, lime and minerality support a balanced and elegant style. The acid and grape sweetness provides length and persistence.
